一、「被拣选的」。

A. 一般指天使，提前5:21 。指弥赛亚 ὁ ἐ. τοῦ θεοῦ 神所拣选的，路23:35 （参路9:35 ）; 约1:34 异版。

B. 特别指那些被神从人类中拣选出来归祂自己的人，太20:16 异版; 太22:14 。因此特别指基督徒（如在旧约中指以色列人，代上16:13 诗89:3 诗105:5,43 赛65:9,15,23 等）。被拣选的，太24:22,24,31 可13:20,22,27 彼前1:1 提后2:10 。ἐ. τοῦ θεοῦ神的选民，路18:7 罗8:33 西3:12 多1:1 。带κλητοί蒙召和πιστοί忠心，启17:14 。γένος ἐκλεκτόν被拣选的族类，彼前2:9 （赛43:20 ）。指教会，约贰1:1,13 。
