8:2 And2532 certain5100 women1135, which3739 had been2258 healed2323 of0575 evil4190 spirits4151 and2532 infirmities0769, Mary3137 called2564 Magdalene3094, out of0575 whom3739 went1831 seven2033 devils1140,
8:3 And2532 Joanna2489 the wife1135 of Chuza5529 Herod's2264 steward2012, and2532 Susanna4677, and2532 many4183 others2087, which3748 ministered1247 unto him0846 of0575 their0846 substance5224.
8:4 And1161 when much4183 people3793 were gathered together4896, and2532 were come1975 to4314 him0846 out of every2596 city4172, he spake2036 by1223 a parable3850:
8:5 A sower4687 went out1831 to sow4687 his0846 seed4703: and2532 as1722 he0846 sowed4687, some3739-3303 fell4098 by3844 the way side3598; and2532 it was trodden down2662, and2532 the fowls4071 of the air3772 devoured2719 it0846.

8:11 Now1161 the parable3850 is2076 this3778: The seed4703 is2076 the word3056 of God2316.
8:12 Those1161 by3844 the way side3598 are1526 they that hear0191; then1534 cometh2064 the devil1228, and2532 taketh away0142 the word3056 out of0575 their0846 hearts2588, lest3363 they should believe4100 and be saved4982.

8:16 1161No man3762, when he hath lighted0681 a candle3088, covereth2572 it0846 with a vessel4632, or2228 putteth5087 {it} under5270 a bed2825; but0235 setteth2007 {it} on1909 a candlestick3087, that2443 they which enter in1531 may see0991 the light5457.
8:17 For1063 nothing3756 is2076 secret2927, that3739 shall1096 not3756 be made1096 manifest5318; neither3761 {any thing} hid0614, that3739 shall1097 not3756 be known1097 and2532 come2064 abroad1519-5318.
8:18 Take heed0991 therefore3767 how4459 ye hear0191: for1063 whosoever3739-0302 hath2192, to him0846 shall be given1325; and2532 whosoever3739-0302 hath2192 not3361, from0575 him0846 shall be taken0142 even2532 that which3739 he seemeth1380 to have2192.
8:19 Then1161 came3854 to4314 him0846 {his} mother3384 and2532 his0846 brethren0080, and2532 could1410 not3756 come4940 at him0846 for1223 the press3793.
8:20 And2532 it was told0518 him0846 {by certain} which said3004, Thy4675 mother3384 and2532 thy4675 brethren0080 stand2476 without1854, desiring2309 to see1492 thee4571.
8:21 And1161 he answered0611 and said2036 unto4314 them0846, My3450 mother3384 and2532 my3450 brethren0080 are1526 these3778 which3588 hear0191 the word3056 of God2316, and2532 do4160 it0846.

8:41 And2532, behold2400, there came2064 a man0435 named3739-3686 Jairus2383, and2532 he0846 was5225 a ruler0758 of the synagogue4864: and2532 he fell down4098 at3844 Jesus'2424 feet4228, and besought3870 him0846 that he would come1525 into1519 his0846 house3624:
8:42 For3754 he0846 had2258 one only3439 daughter2364, about5613 twelve1427 years of age2094, and2532 she3778-0846 lay a dying0599. But1161 as1722 he0846 went5217 the people3793 thronged4846 him0846.
8:43 And2532 a woman1135 having5607-1722 an issue4511 of blood0129 twelve1427 years0575-2094, which3748 had spent4321 all3650 her living0979 upon1519 physicians2395, neither3756 could2480 be healed2323 of5259 any3762,
8:44 Came4334 behind3693 {him}, and touched0680 the border2899 of his0846 garment2440: and2532 immediately3916 her0846 issue4511 of blood0129 stanched2476.
8:45 And2532 Jesus2424 said2036, Who5101 touched0680 me3450? When1161 all3956 denied0720, Peter4074 and2532 they that were with3326 him0846 said2036, Master1988, the multitude3793 throng4912 thee4571 and2532 press0598 {thee}, and2532 sayest3004 thou, Who5101 touched0680 me3450?
8:46 And1161 Jesus2424 said2036, Somebody5100 hath touched0680 me3450: for1063 I1473 perceive1097 that virtue1411 is gone1831 out of0575 me1700.

8:48 And1161 he said2036 unto her0846, Daughter2364, be of good comfort2293: thy4675 faith4102 hath made4982 thee4571 whole4982; go4198 in1519 peace1515.
8:49 While he0846 yet2089 spake2980, there cometh2064 one5100 from3844 the ruler of the synagogue's0752 {house}, saying3004 to him0846-3754, Thy4675 daughter2364 is dead2348; trouble4660 not3361 the Master1320.
8:50 But1161 when Jesus2424 heard0191 {it}, he answered0611 him0846, saying3004, Fear5399 not3361: believe4100 only3440, and2532 she shall be made whole4982.
8:51 And1161 when he came1525 into1519 the house3614, he suffered0863 no3756 man3762 to go in1525, save1508 Peter4074, and2532 James2385, and2532 John2491, and2532 the father3962 and2532 the mother3384 of the maiden3816.
8:52 And1161 all3956 wept2799, and2532 bewailed2875 her0846: but1161 he said2036, Weep2799 not3361; she is0599 not3756 dead0599, but0235 sleepeth2518.
8:53 And2532 they laughed2606 him0846 to scorn2606, knowing1492 that3754 she was dead0599.
