18:2 And2532 found2147 a certain5100 Jew2453 named3686 Aquila0207, born1085 in Pontus4193, lately4373 come2064 from0575 Italy2482, with2532 his0846 wife1135 Priscilla4252; (because that1223 Claudius2804 had commanded1299 all3956 Jews2453 to depart5563 from1537 Rome4516:) and came4334 unto them0846.
18:3 And2532 because1223 he was1511 of the same craft3673, he abode3306 with3844 them0846, and2532 wrought2038: for1063 by their occupation5078 they were2258 tentmakers4635.
18:4 And1161 he reasoned1256 in1722 the synagogue4864-2596 every3956 sabbath4521, and5037 persuaded3982 the Jews2453 and2532 the Greeks1672.
18:5 And1161 when5613-5037 Silas4609 and2532 Timotheus5095 were come2718 from0575 Macedonia3109, Paul3972 was pressed4912 in the spirit4151, and testified1263 to the Jews2453 {that} Jesus2424 {was} Christ5547.

18:8 And1161 Crispus2921, the chief ruler of the synagogue0752, believed4100 on the Lord2962 with4862 all3650 his0846 house3624; and2532 many4183 of the Corinthians2881 hearing0191 believed4100, and2532 were baptized0907.
