一、

A.主动及被动：「抓，获得，达到，得著」。独立用法：（虽然τὸ βραβεῖον可由上下文得知）指得著奖赏，林前9:24 。为διώκειν的结果，腓3:12 上，腓3:13 ：Χριστόν基督，与κατελήμφθην ὑπὸ Χριστοῦ Ἰ.我…已经被基督…抓著了，有关，腓3:12 下。δικαιοσύνην 罗9:30 。被动出现在马可福音短结尾中，含有「成为自己所有」之意，这亦可能是在约1:5 中κ.的意义：ἡ σκοτία αὐτὸ（＝τὸ Φῶς）οὐ κατέλαβεν 黑暗没有抓住光，在此，「抓住」含有「领会」的意思。自从俄利根开始，很多希腊注释者认为此处κ.是胜过，压制的意思。但约翰在此可能是要把两种意思都涵盖了，故有人把此处翻译为「掌握」。
