13:2 And2532 great4183 multitudes3793 were gathered together4863 unto4314 him0846, so that5620 he0846 went1684 into1519 a ship4143, and sat2521; and2532 the whole3956 multitude3793 stood2476 on1909 the shore0123.
13:3 And2532 he spake2980 many things4183 unto them0846 in1722 parables3850, saying3004, Behold2400, a sower4687 went forth1831 to sow4687;
13:4 And2532 when1722 he0846 sowed4687, some3739-3303 {seeds} fell4098 by3844 the way side3598, and2532 the fowls4071 came2064 and2532 devoured2719 them0846 up2719:
13:5 Some1161-0243 fell4098 upon1909 stony places4075, where3699 they had2192 not3756 much4183 earth1093: and2532 forthwith2112 they sprung up1816, because1223 they had2192 no3361 deepness0899 of earth1093:
13:6 And1161 when the sun2246 was up0393, they were scorched2739; and2532 because1223 they had2192 no3361 root4491, they withered away3583.
13:7 And1161 some0243 fell4098 among1909 thorns0173; and2532 the thorns0173 sprung up0305, and2532 choked0638 them0846:
13:8 But1161 other0243 fell4098 into1909 good2570 ground1093, and2532 brought forth1325 fruit2590, some3739-3303 an hundredfold1540-1161, some3739 sixtyfold1835-1161, some3739 thirtyfold5144.
13:9 Who3588 hath2192 ears3775 to hear0191, let him hear0191.
13:10 And2532 the disciples3101 came4334, and said2036 unto him0846, Why1302 speakest thou2980 unto them0846 in1722 parables3850?
13:11 He answered0611 and1161 said2036 unto them0846, Because3754 it is given1325 unto you5213 to know1097 the mysteries3466 of the kingdom0932 of heaven3772, but1161 to them1565 it is1325 not3756 given1325.
13:12 For1063 whosoever3748 hath2192, to him0846 shall be given1325, and2532 he shall have more abundance4052: but1161 whosoever3748 hath2192 not3756, from0575 him0846 shall be taken away0142 even2532 that3739 he hath2192.
13:13 Therefore1223-5124 speak I2980 to them0846 in1722 parables3850: because3754 they seeing0991 see0991 not3756; and2532 hearing0191 they hear0191 not3756, neither3761 do they understand4920.
13:14 And2532 in1909 them0846 is fulfilled0378 the prophecy4394 of Esaias2268, which3588 saith3004, By hearing0189 ye shall hear0191, and2532 shall4920 not3364 understand4920; and2532 seeing0991 ye shall see0991, and2532 shall1492 not3364 perceive1492:
13:15 For1063 this5127 people's2992 heart2588 is waxed gross3975, and2532 {their} ears3775 are dull0917 of hearing0191, and2532 their0846 eyes3788 they have closed2576; lest at any time3379 they should see1492 with {their} eyes3788, and2532 hear0191 with {their} ears3775, and2532 should understand4920 with {their} heart2588, and2532 should be converted1994, and2532 I should heal2390 them0846.
13:16 But1161 blessed3107 {are} your5216 eyes3788, for3754 they see0991: and2532 your5216 ears3775, for3754 they hear0191.
13:17 For1063 verily0281 I say3004 unto you5213, That3754 many4183 prophets4396 and2532 righteous1342 {men} have desired1937 to see1492 {those things} which3739 ye see0991, and2532 have1492 not3756 seen1492 {them}; and2532 to hear0191 {those things} which3739 ye hear0191, and2532 have0191 not3756 heard0191 {them}.
13:18 Hear0191 ye5210 therefore3767 the parable3850 of the sower4687.
13:19 When any3956 one heareth0191 the word3056 of the kingdom0932, and2532 understandeth4920 {it} not3361, then cometh2064 the wicked4190 {one}, and2532 catcheth away0726 that which3588 was sown4687 in1722 his0846 heart2588. This3778 is2076 he which received seed4687 by3844 the way side3598.
13:20 But1161 he that received the seed4687 into1909 stony places4075, the same3778 is2076 he that heareth0191 the word3056, and2532 anon2117 with3326 joy5479 receiveth2983 it0846;
13:21 Yet1161 hath he2192 not3756 root4491 in1722 himself1438, but0235 dureth2076 for a while4340: for1161 when tribulation2347 or2228 persecution1375 ariseth1096 because1223 of the word3056, by and by2117 he is offended4624.
13:22 He also1161 that received seed4687 among1519 the thorns0173 is2076 he that3778 heareth0191 the word3056; and2532 the care3308 of this5127 world0165, and2532 the deceitfulness0539 of riches4149, choke4846 the word3056, and2532 he becometh1096 unfruitful0175.

13:25 But1161 while1722 men0444 slept2518, his0846 enemy2190 came2064 and2532 sowed4687 tares2215 among0303-3319 the wheat4621, and2532 went his way0565.

13:29 But1161 he said5346, Nay3756; lest3379 while ye gather up4816 the tares2215, ye root up1610 also the wheat4621 with0260 them0846.

13:38 1161The field0068 is2076 the world2889-1161; the good2570 seed4690 are3778-1526 the children5207 of the kingdom0932; but1161 the tares2215 are1526 the children5207 of the wicked4190 {one};
13:39 1161The enemy2190 that sowed4687 them0846 is2076 the devil1228-1161; the harvest2326 is2076 the end4930 of the world0165; and1161 the reapers2327 are1526 the angels0032.
13:40 As5618 therefore3767 the tares2215 are gathered4816 and2532 burned2618 in the fire4442; so3779 shall it be2071 in1722 the end4930 of this5127 world0165.
13:41 The Son5207 of man0444 shall send forth0649 his0846 angels0032, and2532 they shall gather4816 out of1537 his0846 kingdom0932 all things3956 that offend4625, and2532 them which do4160 iniquity0458;

13:43 Then5119 shall the righteous1342 shine forth1584 as5613 the sun2246 in1722 the kingdom0932 of their0846 Father3962. Who3588 hath2192 ears3775 to hear0191, let him hear0191.
13:44 Again3825, the kingdom0932 of heaven3772 is2076 like3664 unto treasure2344 hid2928 in1722 a field0068; the which3739 when a man0444 hath found2147, he hideth2928, and2532 for0575 joy5479 thereof0846 goeth5217 and2532 selleth4453 all3956 that3745 he hath2192, and2532 buyeth0059 that1565 field0068.
13:45 Again3825, the kingdom0932 of heaven3772 is2076 like3664 unto a merchant1713 man0444, seeking2212 goodly2570 pearls3135:
13:46 Who3739, when he had found2147 one1520 pearl3135 of great price4186, went0565 and sold4097 all3956 that3745 he had2192, and2532 bought0059 it0846.
13:47 Again3825, the kingdom0932 of heaven3772 is2076 like3664 unto a net4522, that was cast0906 into1519 the sea2281, and2532 gathered4863 of1537 every3956 kind1085:
13:48 Which3739, when3753 it was full4137, they drew0307 to1909 shore0123, and2532 sat down2523, and gathered4816 the good2570 into1519 vessels0030, but1161 cast0906 the bad4550 away1854.
13:49 So3779 shall it be2071 at1722 the end4930 of the world0165: the angels0032 shall come forth1831, and2532 sever0873 the wicked4190 from1537 among3319 the just1342,
13:50 And2532 shall cast0906 them0846 into1519 the furnace2575 of fire4442: there1563 shall be2071 wailing2805 and2532 gnashing1030 of teeth3599.
13:51 Jesus2424 saith3004 unto them0846, Have ye understood4920 all3956 these5023 things3956? They say3004 unto him0846, Yea3483, Lord2962.
13:52 Then1161 said2036 he unto them0846, Therefore1223-5124 every3956 scribe1122 {which is} instructed3100 unto1519 the kingdom0932 of heaven3772 is2076 like3664 unto a man0444 {that is} an householder3617, which3748 bringeth forth1544 out of1537 his0846 treasure2344 {things} new2537 and2532 old3820.
13:53 And2532 it came to pass1096, {that} when3753 Jesus2424 had finished5055 these5025 parables3850, he departed3332 thence1564.
13:54 And2532 when he was come2064 into1519 his own0846 country3968, he taught1321 them0846 in1722 their0846 synagogue4864, insomuch that5620 they0846 were astonished1605, and2532 said3004, Whence4159 hath this {man}5129 this3778 wisdom4678, and2532 {these} mighty works1411?
13:55 Is2076 not3756 this3778 the carpenter's5045 son5207? is3004 not3780 his0846 mother3384 called3004 Mary3137? and2532 his0846 brethren0080, James2385, and2532 Joses2500, and2532 Simon4613, and2532 Judas2455?
13:56 And2532 his0846 sisters0079, are they1526 not3780 all3956 with4314 us2248? Whence4159 then3767 hath this {man}5129 all3956 these things5023?
13:57 And2532 they were offended4624 in1722 him0846. But1161 Jesus2424 said2036 unto them0846, A prophet4396 is2076 not3756 without honour0820, save1508 in1722 his own0846 country3968, and2532 in1722 his own0846 house3614.
13:58 And2532 he did4160 not3756 many4183 mighty works1411 there1563 because1223 of their0846 unbelief0570.
