But they were the ruin3782 of him, and of all Israel3478. 28:24 And Ahaz0271 gathered together0622 the vessels3627 of the house1004 of God0430, and cut in pieces7112 the vessels3627 of the house1004 of God0430, and shut up5462 the doors1817 of the house1004 of the LORD3068, and he made6213 him altars4196 in every corner6438 of Jerusalem3389. 28:25 And in every several city5892 of Judah3063 he made6213 high places1116 to burn incense6999 unto other0312 gods0430, and provoked to anger3707 the LORD3068 God0430 of his fathers0001. 28:26 Now the rest3499 of his acts1697 and of all his ways1870, first7223 and last0314, behold, they {are} written3789 in the book5612 of the kings4428 of Judah3063 and Israel3478. 28:27 And Ahaz0271 slept7901 with his fathers0001, and they buried6912 him in the city5892, {even} in Jerusalem3389: but they brought0935 him not into the sepulchres6913 of the kings4428 of Israel3478: and Hezekiah3169 his son1121 reigned4427 in his stead.
