Wherefore let the young men5288 find4672 favour2580 in thine eyes5869: for we come0935 in a good2896 day3117: give5414, I pray thee, whatsoever cometh4672 to thine hand3027 unto thy servants5650, and to thy son1121 David1732. 25:8 And when David's1732 young men5288 came0935, they spake1696 to Nabal5037 according to all those words1697 in the name8034 of David1732, and ceased5117. 25:9 And Nabal5037 answered6030 David's1732 servants5650, and said0559, Who {is} David1732? and who {is} the son1121 of Jesse3448? there be many7231 servants5650 now a days3117 that break away6555 every man0376 from6440 his master0113. 25:10 Shall I then take3947 my bread3899, and my water4325, and my flesh2878 that I have killed2873 for my shearers1494, and give5414 {it} unto men0582, whom I know3045 not whence they {be}? 25:11 So David's1732 young men5288 turned2015 their way1870, and went again7725, and came0935 and told5046 him all those sayings1697. 25:12 And David1732 said0559 unto his men0582, Gird ye on2296 every man0376 his sword2719. And David1732 sent7971 and communed1696 with Abigail0026, to take3947 her to him to wife0802. 25:39 And when the servants5650 of David1732 were come0935 to Abigail0026 to Carmel3760, they spake1696 unto her, saying0559, David1732 sent7971 us unto thee, to take3947 thee to him to wife0802. 25:40 And she arose6965, and bowed7812 herself on {her} face0639 to the earth0776, and said0559, Behold, {let} thine handmaid0519 {be} a servant8198 to wash7364 the feet7272 of the servants5650 of my lord0113. 25:41 And Abigail0026 hasted4116, and arose6965, and rode7392 upon an ass2543, with five2568 damsels5291 of hers that went1980 after7272 her; and she went3212 after0310 the messengers4397 of David1732, and became his wife0802. 25:42 David1732 also took3947 Ahinoam0293 of Jezreel3157; and they were also both8147 of them his wives0802. 25:43 But Saul7586 had given5414 Michal4324 his daughter1323, David's1732 wife0802, to Phalti6406 the son1121 of Laish3919, which {was} of Gallim1554.
