(for we are left7604 {but} a few4592 of many7235, as thine eyes5869 do behold7200 us:) 42:3 That the LORD3068 thy God0430 may shew5046 us the way1870 wherein we may walk3212, and the thing1697 that we may do6213. 42:4 Then Jeremiah3414 the prophet5030 said0559 unto them, I have heard8085 {you}; behold, I will pray6419 unto the LORD3068 your God0430 according to your words1697; and it shall come to pass, {that} whatsoever thing1697 the LORD3068 shall answer6030 you, I will declare5046 {it} unto you; 42:10 If ye will still7725 abide3427 in this land0776, then will I build1129 you, and not pull {you} down2040, and I will plant5193 you, and not pluck {you} up5428: for I repent5162 me of the evil7451 that I have done6213 unto you. 42:11 Be not afraid3372 of6440 the king4428 of Babylon0894, of whom6440 ye are afraid3373; and ye shall see7200 this place4725 no more. 42:19 The LORD3068 hath said1696 concerning you, O ye remnant7611 of Judah3063; Go0935 ye not into Egypt4714: know3045 certainly3045 that I have admonished5749 you this day3117. 42:20 For ye dissembled8582 in your hearts5315, when ye sent7971 me unto the LORD3068 your God0430, saying0559, Pray6419 for us unto the LORD3068 our God0430; and according unto all that the LORD3068 our God0430 shall say0559, so declare5046 unto us, and we will do6213 {it}. 42:21 And {now} I have this day3117 declared5046 {it} to you; but ye have not obeyed8085 the voice6963 of the LORD3068 your God0430, nor any {thing} for the which he hath sent7971 me unto you. 42:22 Now therefore know3045 certainly3045 that ye shall die4191 by the sword2719, by the famine7458, and by the pestilence1698, in the place4725 whither ye desire2654 to go0935 {and} to sojourn1481.
