13:1 And2532 I stood2476 upon1909 the sand0285 of the sea2281, and2532 saw1492 a beast2342 rise up0305 out of1537 the sea2281, having2192 seven2033 heads2776 and2532 ten1176 horns2768, and2532 upon1909 his0846 horns2768 ten1176 crowns1238, and2532 upon1909 his0846 heads2776 the name3686 of blasphemy0988.
13:2 And2532 the beast2342 which3739 I saw1492 was2258 like3664 unto a leopard3917, and2532 his0846 feet4228 were as5613 {the feet} of a bear0715, and2532 his0846 mouth4750 as5613 the mouth4750 of a lion3023: and2532 the dragon1404 gave1325 him0846 his0846 power1411, and2532 his0846 seat2362, and2532 great3173 authority1849.
13:3 And2532 I saw1492 one3391 of his0846 heads2776 as it were5613 wounded4969 to1519 death2288; and2532 his0846 deadly2288 wound4127 was healed2323: and2532 all3650 the world1093 wondered2296XWG2296 after3694-1722 the beast2342.

13:9 If any man1536 have2192 an ear3775, let him hear0191.
13:10 He that1536 leadeth4863 into captivity0161 shall go5217 into1519 captivity0161: he that1536 killeth0615 with1722 the sword3162 must1163 be killed0615 with1722 the sword3162. Here5602 is2076 the patience5281 and2532 the faith4102 of the saints0040.
13:11 And2532 I beheld1492 another0243 beast2342 coming up0305 out of1537 the earth1093; and2532 he had2192 two1417 horns2768 like3664 a lamb0721, and2532 he spake2980 as5613 a dragon1404.
13:12 And2532 he exerciseth4160 all3956 the power1849 of the first4413 beast2342 before1799 him0846, and2532 causeth4160 the earth1093 and2532 them which dwell2730 therein1722-0846 to2443 worship4352 the first4413 beast2342, whose3739-0846 deadly2288 wound4127 was healed2323.
13:13 And2532 he doeth4160 great3173 wonders4592, so2532 that2443 he maketh4160 fire4442 come down2597 from1537 heaven3772 on1519 the earth1093 in the sight1799 of men0444,
13:14 And2532 deceiveth4105 them that dwell2730 on1909 the earth1093 by1223 {the means of} those miracles4592 which3739 he0846 had power1325 to do4160 in the sight1799 of the beast2342; saying3004 to them that dwell2730 on1909 the earth1093, that they should make4160 an image1504 to the beast2342, which3739 had2192 the wound4127 by a sword3162, and2532 did live2198.

13:16 And2532 he causeth4160 all3956, both small3398 and2532 great3173-2532, rich4145 and2532 poor4434-2532, free1658 and2532 bond1401, to2443-0846 receive1325 a mark5480 in1909 their0846 right hand1188-5495, or2228 in1909 their0846 foreheads3359:
13:17 And2532 that no3363 man5100 might1410 buy0059 or2228 sell4453, save he1508 that had2192 the mark5480, or2228 the name3686 of the beast2342, or2228 the number0706 of his0846 name3686.
13:18 Here5602 is2076 wisdom4678. Let him that hath2192 understanding3563 count5585 the number0706 of the beast2342: for1063 it is2076 the number0706 of a man0444; and2532 his0846 number0706 {is} Six hundred threescore {and} six5516.
