23:1 Now these {be} the last0314 words1697 of David1732. David1732 the son1121 of Jesse3448 said5002, and the man1397 {who was} raised up6965 on high5920, the anointed4899 of the God0430 of Jacob3290, and the sweet5273 psalmist2158 of Israel3478, said5002,
23:2 The Spirit7307 of the LORD3068 spake1696 by me, and his word4405 {was} in my tongue3956.
23:3 The God0430 of Israel3478 said0559, the Rock6697 of Israel3478 spake1696 to me, He that ruleth4910 over men0120 {must be} just6662, ruling4910 in the fear3374 of God0430.
23:4 And {he shall be} as the light0216 of the morning1242, {when} the sun8121 riseth2224, {even} a morning1242 without3808 clouds5645; {as} the tender grass1877 {springing} out of the earth0776 by clear shining5051 after rain4306.
