一、指违背摩西律法。用于外邦人：

A. 用于不知道，没有准则的人；τοῖς ἀ. ὡς ἄ. 向没有律法的人，作没有律法的人，林前9:21 。

B. 用于不敬虔者：近于义二。 διὰ χειρὸς ἀνόμων 藉著无法之人的手，徒2:23 。

二、指违背神的道德律。μὴ ὢν ἄ. θεοῦ 不是…不服神的律法，⊙ 林前9:21 （反于ἔννομος）。带ἀνυπότακτος 提前1:9 。反于δίκαιος（箴21:18 ）。μετὰ ἀνόμων λογισθῆναι 列在罪犯之中，可15:28 公认经文; 路22:37 （皆引自赛53:12 ）。用于事件－ἀ. ἔργα不法的事，彼后2:8 。
