And Judah3063 said0559, Bring her forth3318, and let her be burnt8313. 38:25 When she {was} brought forth3318, she sent7971 to her father in law2524, saying0559, By the man0376, whose these {are, am} I with child2030: and she said0559, Discern5234, I pray thee, whose {are} these, the signet2858, and bracelets6616, and staff4294. 38:26 And Judah3063 acknowledged5234 {them}, and said0559, She hath been more righteous6663 than I; because that I gave5414 her not to Shelah7956 my son1121. And he knew her3045 again3254 no more. 38:27 And it came to pass in the time6256 of her travail3205, that, behold, twins8380 {were} in her womb0990. 38:28 And it came to pass, when she travailed3205, that {the one} put out5414 {his} hand3027: and the midwife3205 took3947 and bound7194 upon his hand3027 a scarlet thread8144, saying0559, This came out3318 first7223. 38:29 And it came to pass, as he drew back7725 his hand3027, that, behold, his brother0251 came out3318: and she said0559, How hast thou broken forth6555? {this} breach6556 {be} upon thee: therefore his name8034 was called7121 Pharez6557. 38:30 And afterward0310 came out3318 his brother0251, that had the scarlet thread8144 upon his hand3027: and his name8034 was called7121 Zarah2226.
